This weekend we’ll be watching the race in Michigan City to see how that big red 2010, 48′ MTI 2600 horsepower ‘Super Cat’ hits the water for the Great Lakes Grand Prix! After an astounding weekend in Miami, we know that Staubo and Tomlinson are set to make us proud, once again, racing in the Superboat Unlimited class.
The festivities begin thursday when the boats arrive in Washington Park on Thursday, followed by a VIP Meet The Racers Party beginning at 7pm. Friday will host Race Village and a Hawaiian Luau at Washington Park. Testing, Taste of Michigan City, the Classic Car Show, the Boat Parade and block party will follow on Saturday, with the big races taking place on Sunday.
