Three years in a row….. 2016, 2017 and now 2018!

We had a fantastic time on the 2016 and 2017 MTI Fun Run with many of our MTI family of boat owners. ’16 was great, ’17 was awesome, and ’18 will top that. We had twice as many MTIs attend in ’17 as we did in ’16… Lets see what happens for ’18!
The Faro Blanco Marina and Hyatt Place Hotel has welcomed our group back for this year. Our Room Block is set up and ready for us to put names on.
The marina has limited slips for us, but a considerable amount of rafting area.
General Schedule:
Thursday: Miami to Marathon with lunch stop in Islamorada, Cocktails on dock in Marathon
Friday: Lunch Run in Middle Keys, Gas boats in afternoon
Saturday: Fun Run to Key West for the day, Return to Marathon, MTI Dinner followed by Video presentation and cocktails
Sunday: Return to Miami from Marathon. 10 am departure
MTI Support:
As we did last year, we will make this run as fun and stress free as possible. We will have our crew with our Support Trailer ready to pick up your luggage in Miami and carry it to Faro Blanco for you. Our crew will be on hand to help all of the boat owners with washing, cleaning, and maintenance. Our support trailer will have tools and some spares in it, and you’re welcome to add yours to it if you like.
We will have a fuel truck in Marathon with 93 octane fuel just for our boats. The fuel supplier can have 96 and Race Fuel by request. The marina has Rec90 fuel at their pumps.
Our Thursday lunch stop has 91 octane at their pump (1), but your range on full tanks from Miami will certainly get you to Marathon.
Rooms and slips are reserved, but I only have a fixed number. Our room block expires on January 15th, so time is of the essence in making your commitment to join us. Rooms and slips will be allocated via a list that I provide to the hotel and marina.
Space is limited. I can not stress it enough. This event will fill to capacity at the marina. As they say, “The early bird gets the worm.”
Please send me an email if you would like to attend. I’ll then add you to the list of MTI owners attending and the Hotel and Marina will then release a reservation to you. Rooms and slips are only released to those on the list that I provide to the Resort. The slip and room allocation will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
I’ll need to know how many rooms you need, what model MTI you have, how many total people in your group, and if you require 93 Octane fuel.
I will then email you back our group code and info on how to book your boat in the marina. You will then be able to book your room and dock.
