This past weekend, over 50 MTI boats gathered for our fourth annual MTI Owners Fun Run to the Florida Keys. The weekend was full of beautiful crystal blue waters and an amazing array of MTI boats. Fun Run participants felt right at home with their fellow MTI owners and enjoyed a great weekend at the run. If you missed the Fun Run to the Keys be sure to join us this June in Chicago!

The group of boaters split up on Saturday with most heading south to Key West and another smaller group heading north on short- and medium-distance runs with lunch destinations in Marathon and Islamorada. The boats were eager to get on the water after the winds had them tied up at the Faro Blanco Resort and Yacht Club in Marathon on Friday night.

Todd and Debby Campbell, who own an MTI-V 57 center console called Unbridled have participated in the event for the past 2 years and were excited to be at the Fun Run again in 2019. Campbell had a few comments on his experience: “MTI is second to none,” said Campbell, “They had to make accommodations for everyone yesterday at the last minute, and as always they did a first-rate job. MTI is a top-shelf company.”

“MTI owners really aren’t a group,” he continued. “I would classify them more as a family. It’s not a ‘you and I’ thing. It’s a ‘we’ thing.”
