Limited Number of Spots

Hope everyone is looking forward to MTI’s first Chicago fun run! There are a limited number of spots so you have to register through the form on this page to secure your spot.

We have spent some time in Chicago making the plans for the run and we now have a schedule for the event and will release more details as they come.

This is the first time we are using this location for an event, we want to thank Westrec Marinas of Chicago for hosting us and helping plan this event.

FUN RUN REGISTRATION

The registration fee is $1,000 per boat and includes the following:

  • MTI Support crew to help with any boat needs
  • Truck and trailer parking at 31st St Marina
  • Use of marina ramps
  • Overnight Dockage for your boat
  • Docking at Friday lunch run
  • Dinner Saturday night, to be held on the dock at 31st St. Marina 

2019 CHICAGO FUN RUN SCHEDULE

Thursday, June 27th

Fly in early Thursday
Gets boats in the water
3:00pm — Captains meeting 31st Street Harbor
4:30pm — Idle up the locks of the Chicago river to dinner with police escort

Friday, June 28th

10:00am — Take off for lunch run
2:00pm — Raft up in Monroe Harbor

Saturday, June 29th

11:00am — Take off for lunch run
7:00pm — Dinner party at 31st Street Harbor

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Hotel
    Loews Chicago — Room block CLOSES May 28th. Book NOW!
  • Parking
    The hotel for this event is downtown Chicago so parking at the hotel is limited and will not fit trailers. We have set up parking for trucks/ trailers at the marina with security.
  • Marina
    — Boat ramps for entry
    — Private parking for trucks on marina site
    — Nice marina with a floating dock with a pool, bar, and restaurant
    — Launch & docking fees will go directly through the marina
  • Fuel
    93 Fuel will be available at the marina
