Following after the huge success of Desert Storm Poker Run last year, the 2022 Desert Storm Poker Run is set to top it. This event held the 20th-24th of April will feature not only the poker run but also a Top Speed Shootout the day after. Although MTI is not hosting the Desert Storm Poker Run, if you attend the event, you will see some of your favorite MTI’s in action. The well known “Tommy Bahama” was spotted by SOTW and featured for the event promo as well as in the coveted 2021 SOTW Year in Review. Registration for the 2022 Desert Storm Poker Run, set for April 20-24 in Lake Havasu City, Ariz., is open.
Registration is open through March 20 and on-site registration will not be offered this year, according to the release. In addition to opening registration for participants. Storm Poker Runs has opened Desert Storm sign-ups for vendors, partners and more. All can be accessed through the organization’s website.
As in years past, the event will include a Top Speed Shootout on Saturday following the poker run on Friday. The Storm Poker Run team is encouraging would-be shootout-committee members to apply.
